Roast Duck with Whole-grain Mustard Sauce

Tender pieces of rich duck meat are served cold in a fragrant grain mustard sauce based on the special demi-glace sauce of Restaurant Poplar. It balances perfectly with the robust flavor of the meat and seasonal mushrooms. The warm vegetables alongside make it utterly satisfying. Served with rice or bread, soup and salad for 1,200 yen, including tax.

Creamy Sakurahime Chicken Pie

This savory pie with its golden-brown top is a classic winter dish with a Hokkaido touch. Inside is a creamy blend of tender pieces of chicken, potatoes, and broccoli that are full of vitamins and warmth to keep you healthy and energized during this cold season.

Served with rice, bread, soup and salad for 1,000 yen, including tax.*

Another classic dish, the rich roux is a perfect balance of rich demi-glace sauce with the tang of tomatoes. A favorite of children of all ages, the slow simmered beef melts in your mouth and is a perfect winter comfort food. By itself, our Hokkaido Beef Hash and Rice is 1,250 yen, including tax.
