About your stay
- There are 2 emergency exits on each guest room floor.
- Room wear “YUKATA” for adults in your room.
- Bath and face towels are available at Towel pick-up counter.
- Between 17:45～21:00, staff would like to prepare your Japanese bedding (Futon).
- Please be sure to put any valuables in the safety box.
- We do not have an ice machine. Please purchase at souvenir shop.
- Check-out is by 10:00 but guests may check-out from 7:00 the day of departure to avoid the last minute rush. All guests are requested to return room key by 10:00. Late check-out without prior approval will be charged.
