    Garden winter close

    The garden will be closed to the public in 2024 at the end of November.
    During the winter months, we will be preparing to winterize the garden so that the trees will not be damaged by the weight of the snow and we will be able to enjoy the beauty of the garden again next spring.
    We will inform you when the garden will be open again.

    Lounge Hamanasu renewal closure

    Thank you for staying at Takimotokan.

    Currently, Lounge “Hamanasu” is under construction.
    On 2024 Dec 27, “Kannonyama fruit parlor Noboribetsu” will open.

    Annual Maintenance Closure 2025

    All buildings in Takimotokan will be closed 7 – 14 April 2025 (Monday to Monday) for our annual checks and maintenance.
    We will also be closed to Day Visitors on 7 – 14 April.

    Change in The Grand Bath opening hours on June 1st

    From June 1st, 2024, the opening hours of indoor bath in The Grand Bath will change to 4:00-25:00 (1:00am).
    The open-air bath and saunas will remain available from 5:00-24:00 as before.
    We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    Opening hours change: swimming pool

    From 1st September 2023, opening hours for the swimming pool will change to 8am – 10pm.
    The swimming pool is 25 meters and there is also a water slide for children of all ages. Please enjoy.
