About our efforts to prevent coronavirus infections

Takimotokan is taking the following precautionary measures so customers can enjoy their stay with peace of mind.

■ Staff regularly hand wash, gargle and use alcohol disinfectant when required.
■ We check the health of every staff member every day. Any staff feeling unwell or who have a fever are required to stay at home.
■ Staff-facing customers are obliged to wear masks to prevent the chance of any customers getting an infection.
■ Alcohol disinfectants are provided at various places in the hotel (entrance, public restrooms, restaurants and dining hall entrances), and we ask for your cooperation in disinfecting your hands.
■ In addition to regular cleaning, alcohol disinfectant is used every day on all surfaces customers touch such as room keys, elevator switches, doorknobs, and tables.
■ In the restaurant we will seat you with as much space as possible between tables.
■ Buffet style meals have been changed to set meals. In addition to a Japanese-style set menu, dinner includes all-you-can-eat Japanese crab, beef steak, tempura, and ice cream. Breakfast includes bread, fried egg, bacon, and sausage in addition to Japanese set menu breakfast. (This service will continue until the end of April)
