Going into July, it is the time again to renew our seasonal menu in Dai-ichi Takimotokan. Here are some backstage pictures from our studio photoshoot of the Ozen.

Ozen is a Japanese course meal using abundant seasonal flavors and the best ingredients. The meal you see in these pictures are on offer in our gourmet restaurant “Yunosato”. The shooting took the length of an entire day.

Our professional photographer came fully prepared. He set up the Japanese style room like a photography studio, with all sorts of photography equipments, including a few cameras and lighting facilities.

We have been frequently amazed at what a skilled photographer could achieve with these photos. They are not just the foodie pictures you see on Instagram, but refined polished shots with photographer’s personal touch. The photographer goes above and beyond to achieve interesting and lively photos that best present our Ozen meal, and he has never disappointed us.
