Smoked Duck with Inca no Mezame Potatoes in Iyonnaise Sauce

Smoked duck meat is served Iyonnaise Sauce, a refreshing flavor combination of white wine and onions. Alongside the tender pieces of duck are golden chunks of Inca no Mezame (Inca Awakening) smoked to enhance their already rich taste. A relatively new variety of potato, Inca no Mezame’s is a perfect addition to hearty winter dishes. Its sweet flavor is a perfect companion for the rich essence of the duck.

The Smoked Duck with Inca no Mezame Potatoes in Iyonnaise Sauce is served with rice or bread, soup, and salad for 1,200 yen including tax.

Our second special for this month also features winter vegetables and rich flavors.

Cod and Broccoli Spaghetti Accented with Karasumi

Fresh caught cod is paired with broccoli for a hearty winter dish that artfully combines sea and land. A generous sprinkling of karasumi, sun-dried mullet roe, captures the feeling of the sun and gives you a warm feeling.

This dish is served with rice or bread, soup and salad for 1,000 yen including tax.
