Introducing Our Autumn Meals
Chilly days continue to arrive here in Noboribetsu, and we hope everyone is doing well. Japan’s first frost recently occurred in Asahikawa. Here, it is also cold. Please keep warm and stay healthy!
Readers may recall that our Summer Meal menu included a dish using water from our drinking hot spring or Sodium Spring. We also incorporated it in our Autumn Menu for our rooms, which we will introduce here.
Tokachi Herbed Beef Hot Pot Set Menu
This set menu is a true taste of autumn with its thick cuts of matustake mushrooms. Their mouth-watering fragrance is beyond tempting.
We are also preparing Tokachi Herbed Beef Hot Pot in Yunosato, our dining room. We recommend the deluxe meal of Yunosato, Hokkaido Autumn Pacific Saury Hot Pot as well. A favorite fish, autumn is the best time for eating Pacific Saury or sanma. Don’t miss this chance to try a seasonal delicacy!
