New spring menu at Ideyu is available!

With the arrival of spring, Ideyu Japanese cuisine inside Takimotokan will begin offering a limited-time spring menu. Enjoy a special dish made with seasonal Hokkaido ingredients whilst feeling the breath of spring.

 


Soba with Hokkaido sakura trout tempura – Inari sushi set
The colorful and fresh sakura trout tempura is crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The fried tofu is made with Hokkaido octopus, which gives it a unique texture. With the addition of seasonal bamboo shoots and flavorful shishito peppers, you can enjoy spring in Hokkaido with every bite. The elegant Sarashina soba made from locally sourced Hokkaido buckwheat pairs beautifully with the tempura, enhancing the natural richness of each ingredient. The dish is completed with a side of inari sushi, making for a satisfying and well-rounded meal.
