November Lunch: Beef Stew
November has begun, and the recent cold weather has the trees around Noboribetsu Onsen celebrating the end of the season in full color.
For the rest of us, we should celebrate by getting our bodies warm in a hot bath!
We will also introduce the November Lunch at Takimoto Inn.
Our first dish is Beef Stew.
Our chef slow-simmered roast beef and topped it with a red wine sauce that complements the flavor of the meat. It is mellow and looks delicious. This single dish will surely satisfy your appetite.
The Beef Stew is served with rice or bread, soup, and salad for 1,200 yen including tax.
Our second special dish this month is Hokkaido Monkfish and Brown Enoki Meuniere Bacon Cream Sauce.
Our chef made a lovely cream sauce mixed with bacon served over a potato and monkfish galette.
This dish is served with rice or bread, soup and salad for 1,000 yen including tax.
