Each year we try to make our Osechi (New Year food) menu a special one for our guests, and because of our anniversary we tried to make this one our best yet. Paired with a nice sake, these celebratory dishes will be even tastier.

In other news, the weather is steadily getting colder here. During the day, the temperature of Noboribetsu Onsen is 11 to 16 degrees Celsius, and it drops below 10 degrees Celsius after sunset.

The autumn leaves have also changed color faster with the cold weather! The mountains surrounding hot springs are a deeper red every day.
