Following the Hokkaido Earthquake on Thursday September 6th, thanks to the support of our staff and suppliers, we resumed normal service on Sunday September 9th.

While we experienced no damage from the earthquake, our operations were restricted by the Hokkaido-wide power outage. With the resumption of power and completion of system checks, we are now fully open, with all services operating normally including day-trip onsen visits and the Wakuwaku Shuttle Bus from Sapporo.

With the autumn colours starting to turn, it is a beautiful time to visit Noboribetsu Onsen.
