September Lunch Special and Autumn Fair Underway!
The September Lunch Special at Takimoto Inn offers a very special taste of Hokkaido in autumn. It is the perfect way to enjoy the season in Noboribetsu Onsen, especially after treating yourself to a visit to our ryokan onsen baths!
Salmon Poirette with Tomato Sauce
A generous piece of salmon slow-baked with our homemade tomato sauce and topped with poirette (fried, finely grated long onion) is a mouth-watering delight. Sitting atop a bed of tender greens surrounded by bright splashes of pink pepper and capers, it is a dish as beautiful as it is delicious.
Served with rice or bread, soup and salad for 1,200 yen, including tax.
Spaghetti with Japanese Autumn Mushrooms and Soft-boiled Onsen Egg
The light, woodsy flavor of Japanese mushrooms brings a taste of the outdoors to the table. Combined with the rich flavor of onsen tamago (eggs boiled in onsen water), a traditional hot spring resort food, this is a dish rich in flavor and tradition.
Served with soup and salad it is 1,000 yen, including tax.

Beef Fillet with Grated Cheese
Juicy cuts of Hokkaido beef lie in a rich sauce and are topped with grated cheese for a bit of feast that satisfies the hungriest of hikers. Savor every bite with a slice of our homemade bread for a perfect, mid-day respite.
Served ala-carte it is 1,500 yen, including tax, or with rice or bread, soup, and salad for an additional 350 yen.
