Special Summer Menu Begins

June in Noboribetsu is dazzling with its greenery. We love this time of year, and so here at Dai-ichi Takimotokan we have prepared something as refreshing as the season for our guests.

As a new initiative, we have devised a unique offer. It is a dish that uses our sodium spring drinking water, one of the five types of springs we have here at Dai-ichi Takimotokan.

This colorfully stewed dish is called Beloved Wife Hokkaido Beef Bowl. The name is in honor of our founder, Kinzo Takimoto, who created the baths here out of a desire to help his wife find relief from her skin disease.

By using sodium spring water as part of the soup stock, the ingredients create a surprisingly mellow flavor. Hokkaido-grown corn cooked in hot spring water makes a broth that shines with a summery yellow color.

The Beloved Wife Hokkaido Beef Bowl is part of the Special Menu plan for guests wishing to dine in their rooms, and as part of the Special Meal for those choosing the Yunosato Plan from June 1 to August 31.

You make a reservation for your room meal plan here or reserve the Yunosato Plan here. It is worth noting, too, that we also prepare dishes using onsen water for all of our meals. For more information, please visit the Meals page of the official website.
