The name \u201cSaicho\u201d pays homage to the Buddhist monk who introduced tea culture to Japan in the year 805 (Enryaku 24),<br \/>\nreflecting deep respect for the history and tradition of tea.<br \/>\nRecognized for its quality, Saicho is served in luxury hotels and fine dining establishments around the world.
