Please note:
• Some baths may not be available during daytime cleaning.
• Children from 3 years old to elementary school age are considered children.
• There is no charge for infants under 3 years old.
• Day Visitors must exit before 21:00.
• Parking spaces at our facility are limited. Please note that during peak seasons, on weekends, or when the parking lot is full, the space may be reserved exclusively for hotel guests and may not be available.
• In that case, you will need to use Noboribetsu Jigokudani Parking across the road (500 yen per day).
