Sliced strawberries are sandwiched between layers of soft sponge cake, with strawberries arranged in a floral decoration on top. Order in advance.

Kuma Mai (Bear Dance) show
Young local people created this folk entertainment, with themes inspired by the history of Hokkaido and Noboribetsu Onsen. Long ago, a hunter first strode into Noboribetsu Onsen, guided from the mountains to Jigokudani (Hell Valley) by bears. This journey is humorously expressed with traditional festival drum and fife music.
