2025 IDEYU Japanese cuisine Autumn Limited Menu
As the mountains deepen in green and the crisp air envelops Hokkaido in early autumn, from September 1st, IDEYU Japanese cuisine will begin serving its limited autumn menu: Autumn special “Hot soba with 5 kinds of Hokkaido mushrooms and tempura rice balls”.
This luxurious bowl features five types of seasonal mushrooms from Hokkaido, carefully selected by our head chef.
The broth, subtly scented with yuzu, and Hokkaido buckwheat noodles perfectly complement the rich umami of the mushrooms.
Enjoy it alongside our “Ebi Tenmusu”—a plump shrimp tempura wrapped in fluffy Hokkaido rice.
