Our winter menus showcase fresh Hokkaido produce in dishes that will tempt your tastebuds, and warm your body.

 

With the first snow falls the timing is perfect to introduce our winter menus.

 

They combine fresh seasonal produce such as salmon and crab, and heartwarming hotpots that showcase Hokkaido wagyu, mushrooms and local winter vegetables, with the added delight of cooking at your table to eat piping hot at your leisure.

 

You can enjoy winter kaiseki dinners in the refined surrounding of our Yunosato restaurant, or choose from the select kaiseki menus for in-room dining. Naturally, the Grand Buffet also features carefully selected seasonal produce as well.
