Grilled Lamb and Roasted Eggplant
Our first item is grilled lamb with roasted eggplant and vegetables simmered in a tomato and onion sauce and topped with a sprig of rosemary and rich Bursan cheese. The set includes rice or bread, soup, and salad for an inspiringly scrumptious lunch.

Chicken Confit with Quinoa Salad
Our second lunch special is domestic chicken served with ham and quinoa salad. Soaked in our special soup for two days, and then simmered slowly for five hours, the chicken is tender and flavorful. Quinoa, a South American grain renowned as a super food, pairs well with our consommé soup and rounds out this lovely, light meal.
